Not suitable if …

  • A complex physical simulation should demonstrate technical properties
  • A complete commercial with actors and several scenes is needed
What this covers

How do I explain product construction that photos barely show?

Movement can show which parts belong together or the order in which something is inserted. A short 3D animation suits, for example, a lid mechanism, connector or simple exploded view. The existing model must contain the required parts separately.

We focus the clip on one specific message. The storyboard first defines what appears in up to three sections. Final frames are calculated only after that review. Content changes can be clarified before requiring complete rerendering.

Movement needs an understandable sequence

A clip can reveal spatial relationships or show too much at once. Camera movement, component movement and viewing direction must align. We hold important moments long enough and avoid purely decorative motion.

Animated movement is not technical proof of function. Real forces, deformation and manufacturing tolerances are not simulated. You approve the technically correct sequence; animation illustrates it. Website publication is a separate integration step.

Does this sound familiar?

The assembly order is hard to recognise

A short sequence can illustrate component order. It requires an approved technical description on which movement is based.

An interior view needs explanation

An exploded view separates parts spatially. We define which components matter and which are deliberately omitted from the short clip.

An existing model should explain more

Alongside still images, targeted movement can explain one function. The model must contain the parts and surfaces needed.

How we approach it.

  1. Sketch the message and sequence

We define the main message, target medium and up to three movement sections. The storyboard provides a shared production reference.

  2. Agree movement through a preview

A simplified preview shows timing, angle and component movement. The shared correction round happens before the more costly final rendering.

  3. Render and export the clip

After sequence approval, lighting and materials are rendered in full. We check the clip for visible jumps, crop and agreed format.

After handover

Duration is limited around one clear message. Fitting several functions into the same 15 seconds can reduce clarity and requires a new content decision.

Handover is a finished video file. Autoplay, subtitles, poster image and website embedding belong to later publication and must be implemented appropriately there.

Name the file type and clarify your usage rights. You do not need to send large files yet. We agree the transfer method after your enquiry.

Terms used in this service

What does that mean?

Storyboard
A sequence of sketches or stills describing the clip before production. It makes angle, sequence and message reviewable early.
exploded view
A view in which components are pulled apart spatially. It explains relationships without needing to reproduce real disassembly exactly.
Timing
How movements and pauses are distributed over time. It helps determine whether viewers recognise an important step and follow the sequence.
Before your enquiry

Questions about the offer.

What is included, what do you need and what happens after your enquiry?

The process in detail →
Can the animation work without sound?

Yes. The package is planned as a visually understandable sequence. Voice, music and sound mixing are excluded and can be defined separately if needed.

Is a product model included?

No. Animation uses an existing model. If moving parts are missing or merged, required model preparation must be clarified first.

Can I have a vertical animation?

One aspect ratio is chosen beforehand. Other crops may require new camera settings and are not automatically included exports.

What counts as one correction round?

You provide consolidated feedback on the agreed preview. Changes to timing, viewing angle and the defined sequence are incorporated together; a new film idea adds scope.

Can the clip show the product's load-bearing capacity?

Animation alone does not prove capacity. Technical claims need their own evidence; we display only the technically approved sequence and perform no load simulation.

When does work begin?

We confirm the start and delivery deadline in writing after reviewing your documents. The agreed scope and complete source data determine the schedule.

Which access is needed?

An existing model with separate movable parts One specific message, functional description and approved product references Credentials must not be included in the enquiry. Details are agreed only after written commissioning.

What happens after handover?

One written follow-up round is included. The service scope lists the analyses, designs or technical changes covered by the package. We agree additional work with you before it begins.
