Build a backend feature
We implement one clearly described business process on the server, with rules, storage and documented failure cases.
We extend an existing backend within a limited work package, with prioritised tasks and documented changes.
Your enquiry is non-binding. An order is created only when you accept our quotation .

Several small tasks in existing applications often do not fit one feature package. This offer provides twenty hours, including familiarisation, implementation and tests. Up to three related tasks are prioritised before starting. Scope is a time allowance, not an unlimited result promise.
We first check project access and whether the environment works. Tasks are then addressed in agreed order. If one needs more effort than expected, this becomes visible before the allowance is exceeded unnoticed. Handover also shows unfinished work.
A bug may occupy a few lines yet require familiarisation. Older applications need dependencies and existing behaviour understood. This counts towards the allowance. Prioritisation avoids starting many tasks without meaningfully finishing any.
Testable criteria are agreed for each task. Tests focus on changed flows and relevant regressions. The existing stack remains the basis. A fundamental architecture change is not inserted as supposedly minor maintenance.
Several related changes need work. A fixed block makes available scope and order transparent.
The technical starting point is part of effort. We first check whether project and test environment work and identify specific limits.
The allowance is agreed once, followed by a clear handover. Further work is decided separately, not continued automatically.
We examine up to three related tasks and the development environment. Acceptance criteria and priority are defined before actual implementation.
Familiarisation, development and tests count towards scope. Significant dependencies are identified early so order can be adjusted deliberately.
Documentation lists changed functions, checks performed and open points. Unfinished tasks are not presented as complete.

Compare the closing report with the prioritised list. Familiarisation, implementation and tests all count; completed tasks depend on the existing system and complexity.
The block includes no permanent operational responsibility. Monitoring, response times and later maintenance need their own expressly agreed service.
Describe the intended function and an example of a successful process. Name existing systems and the roles involved without sharing real customer data or credentials.
After your enquiry, we clarify which data the function processes, which rules it must follow and which systems it must contact. Required documents and test access are agreed separately.
What is included, what do you need and what happens after your enquiry?
The process in detail →No. Familiarisation, coordination, development, tests and documentation count towards the allowance. Actual work stays traceable rather than only part of it being visible.
That depends on effort. Tasks are prioritised and given criteria; handover transparently shows results achieved within the allowance.
Further work is not automatically billed or started. Progress and open tasks are documented so a deliberate follow-up decision is possible.
No. It is a one-off development block. Continuation is agreed separately and starts neither through an enquiry nor handover alone.
Yes. If one function is already clearly defined, the backend function offer may fit better. The allowance suits several related existing-system tasks.
We confirm the start and delivery deadline in writing after reviewing your documents. The agreed scope and complete source data determine the schedule.
A working project with development access and test environment Prioritised tasks with reproducible faults or clear acceptance criteria Credentials must not be included in the enquiry. Details are agreed only after written commissioning.
One written follow-up round is included. The service scope lists the analyses, designs or technical changes covered by the package. We agree additional work with you before it begins.
Updates, errors and backups need named owners. Distinguish maintenance, further development and operational support.
