What this covers

Who handles small changes once the website is built?

Text changes, an image needs replacing or a small display fault appears. This package groups such planned tasks over four weeks. Four hours total are available, including coordination, implementation and checking. It is a one-off period without automatic renewal.

Tasks are prioritised beforehand. Suitable routine updates may be included if they can be checked under control in the existing system. Major version upgrades and new functions are not small maintenance tasks. The closing overview shows completed and open work.

Maintenance needs limited scope and a testable version

Even a small change may affect several places. We check the actual integration point and relevant displays. Supplied copy and images are applied; a new editorial concept is not automatically included.

Updates are not installed blindly. Existing backup and testing options must suit the change. If an update is likely to cause major compatibility issues, it becomes a separate project. The allowance is not a blanket promise to fix every legacy technical problem.

Does this sound familiar?

Content is outdated

You provide approved copy and images. Small changes are applied at agreed locations and checked in page context.

Small faults remain unresolved

A clearly described display fault can be addressed in the block. Unknown larger causes are first narrowed down and stated transparently.

A short support period is sufficient

The package runs for four weeks without automatic renewal. Continuation is decided separately after documented handover.

How we approach it.

  1. Review tasks and access

We prioritise small tasks and check that the system is workable. Available time and suitable test options are compared beforehand.

  2. Process changes together

Agreed tasks are implemented within the allowance. Coordination and checking count towards total scope, rather than being hidden as supposedly free side work.

  3. Document maintenance status

At completion, you receive changes and open points. Larger follow-up tasks are clearly separated from completed maintenance.

After handover

Four hours is the total work for the period. The number of possible changes depends on the system, existing content and actual complexity.

Support includes neither constant monitoring nor promised immediate response. Acute outages or binding on-call hours need another expressly agreed service.

After your enquiry

What we clarify next.

Ask about this service ↗

Describe what already exists: design, website or application. A specific journey with the views and states to develop or change is useful.

We then clarify which technology the site uses, where changes are tested and how they reach you. We also discuss missing content. Do not send repository tokens or production credentials through the enquiry form.

Terms used in this service

What does that mean?

Routine maintenance
Planned limited work on an existing site, such as supplied content changes or suitable small updates, not a complete rebuild.
Allowance
The defined total work scope. Here, coordination, implementation and checking together count towards the four maintenance hours.
Major version upgrade
Updating to substantially changed software. It may require API and extension adjustments and is not automatically routine maintenance.
Before your enquiry

Questions about the offer.

What is included, what do you need and what happens after your enquiry?

The process in detail →
Is this a subscription?

No. Four weeks with four hours total are included. Extension or further commissioning does not happen automatically.

Is new copy included?

You provide approved content. Small insertion tasks may be included; independent copywriting and editorial conception are separate tasks.

What happens to unused time?

The allowance applies to the agreed period. Treatment of unused scope is defined in the written quotation; no unlimited credit arises without agreement.

Can you respond to an outage immediately?

This package covers planned maintenance and includes no on-call service. It promises no guaranteed response time.

Are updates always included?

Only suitable limited updates within the allowance. Major upgrades or changes across several extensions are assessed as separate scope beforehand.

When does work begin?

We confirm the start and delivery deadline in writing after reviewing your documents. The agreed scope and complete source data determine the schedule.

Which access is needed?

A working website with suitable access and testing or backup options Supplied content and a prioritised list of small tasks Credentials must not be included in the enquiry. Details are agreed only after written commissioning.

What happens after handover?

One written follow-up round is included. The service scope lists the analyses, designs or technical changes covered by the package. We agree additional work with you before it begins.
