What this covers

Can a customer see how my product would look at home?

An AR preview places a digital product model into the camera view of a supported mobile device. Furniture, for example, can be viewed in your own room. Entry is through your product page; available display methods depend on device, browser and operating system.

We align scale and orientation with your product dimensions and integrate a clear entry point. Normal product presentation remains for devices without a suitable AR method. The preview provides spatial orientation, not a replacement for measuring or binding verification of actual fit.

Spatial guidance with clear technical limits

Augmented reality adds digital content to the real camera view. The device must recognise surfaces and continuously estimate model position. Lighting, featureless floors and movement can affect recognition. The entry point should explain what users need to do and its limitations.

The model needs traceable scale and sensible orientation. Material appearance can differ by AR output method. We test agreed devices and record visible differences.

Does this sound familiar?

The impression of size remains abstract

Dimensions are necessary but not always intuitive. A spatial preview can supplement them without replacing reliable fit verification.

A model should appear in real surroundings

A neutral background isolates a product. AR adds a view in the customer's surroundings where their device supports the output method.

The existing AR link is unclear

A start button alone explains neither requirements nor alternatives. We design entry to fit the existing mobile product page.

How we approach it.

  1. Clarify the device method and dimensions

We define the supported output method and test devices. Model format, external dimensions, orientation and required preparation are checked beforehand.

  2. Prepare model and entry point

The file receives agreed scale and a suitable initial orientation. The product page connects entry, guidance and static alternative.

  3. Check display on target devices

We check startup, placement and perceived size on the agreed devices. Known limitations and maintenance notes are documented.

After handover

AR can convey proportions and appearance. Distances, colours and materials may differ from reality; reliable product dimensions remain necessary for buying decisions.

New device or operating-system versions may need another compatibility test. Later tests and adjustments are agreed as maintenance work.

Terms used in this service

What does that mean?

Augmented reality
A display adding digital content to real camera footage. The device estimates the position and perspective of the product model shown.
Scale
The relationship between model size and real product dimensions. Suitable units are necessary for a meaningful spatial preview but do not verify measurements.
Device compatibility
Support for a display method by device, browser and operating system. It must be tested for intended devices and is not universal.
Before your enquiry

Questions about the offer.

What is included, what do you need and what happens after your enquiry?

The process in detail →
Does AR work on every phone?

No. Supported devices and output methods are defined before starting. Visitors without support receive normal product presentation as an alternative.

Does a custom app need developing?

The package includes no native app. We assess an appropriate website entry point for your target devices and define system requirements beforehand.

Can it verify whether furniture fits?

The preview is guidance. Authoritative dimensions and your own measurements remain necessary because device and surroundings affect detection and placement.

Are the model and web viewer included?

A suitable model is required. The described AR entry point and alternative are included; an additional freely rotatable web view is scoped separately if needed.

Why do materials differ between devices?

Materials and lighting may appear different depending on the AR output method. We test agreed devices and record visible differences.

When does work begin?

We confirm the start and delivery deadline in writing after reviewing your documents. The agreed scope and complete source data determine the schedule.

Which access is needed?

A suitable model with reliable external dimensions and usage rights An existing mobile product page and agreed target devices Credentials must not be included in the enquiry. Details are agreed only after written commissioning.

What happens after handover?

One written follow-up round is included. The service scope lists the analyses, designs or technical changes covered by the package. We agree additional work with you before it begins.
