Which projects does this service suit?

Suitable if …

  • A calculation or product selection follows clear rules
  • Visitors should be able to understand a scenario themselves

Not suitable if …

  • Specialist logic should be invented during programming
  • Comprehensive individual quotation or production planning is needed

What this covers

How can website visitors calculate scenarios or find a suitable offer themselves?

An interactive calculator or finder translates established rules into a usable interface. Visitors enter values or answer questions and receive a traceable result. The package suits a needs calculator, rule-based product selection or simple configurator without 3D.

The specialist basis is recorded before implementation, including units, assumptions and cases with no possible result. We code these rules and check examples. Estimates are explained as estimates; a model calculation does not become a promised real-world effect.

A result needs understandable rules

A calculator can look convincing while suggesting incorrect conclusions. Input and results must therefore use the same terms. Time gained is not automatically cash saved, and net and gross values must not be mixed unnoticed.

A finder also needs clear rules: which answer leads to which recommendation, and when does no offer fit? We implement decisions deterministically. Identical answers lead to the same result; no additional AI component is needed for this package.

Does this sound familiar?

A recurring question can be calculated

Your team often explains the same formula. A website function can make it accessible if inputs, units and limits are authoritatively established.

Visitors find the offer hard to choose

A limited question flow can suggest suitable options. It requires traceable selection rules and honest cases with no suitable recommendation.

An existing function gives unclear results

We define a specific rule model and implement its states. Missing or negative values are handled visibly rather than silently converted into favourable results.

How we approach it.

  1. Record rules and examples

We gather inputs, result definitions and edge cases. Specific examples for testing behaviour are agreed before implementation.

  2. Connect logic and interface

Calculation or selection is built separately from presentation. The interface explains inputs and makes assumptions and invalid states visible.

  3. Test reference cases and integration

We test normal and problematic inputs and integration into the intended page type. Handover includes rules and example results.

After handover

The function calculates the agreed model. It cannot compensate for incomplete assumptions or automatically predict real-world outcomes.

Later changes to price lists, products or formulas may require rule updates. Handover therefore identifies maintenance ownership and data source.

After your enquiry

What we clarify next.

Ask about this service ↗

Describe what already exists: design, website or application. A specific journey with the views and states to develop or change is useful.

We then clarify which technology the site uses, where changes are tested and how they reach you. We also discuss missing content. Do not send repository tokens or production credentials through the enquiry form.

Terms used in this service

What does that mean?

Rule model
The written description of calculations or selection decisions. It defines what the function may derive from which inputs.
Edge case
Input at the boundary of the expected range, such as zero or a very large value. Such cases reveal incorrect results and unclear displays early.
Deterministic recommendation
Selection using fixed rules. Identical answers produce the same recommendation, which can be understood and tested against those rules.
Before your enquiry

Questions about the offer.

What is included, what do you need and what happens after your enquiry?

The process in detail →
Who develops the calculation formula?

Specialist rules must be approved before starting. We help clarify units and edge cases technically; new specialist consultancy is excluded.

Does input stay in the browser?

This is possible for a suitable purely local function. If an existing service is required, data flow and necessary transfer are defined beforehand.

Can the result be a binding price?

Only with purpose-built authoritative pricing logic in the destination system. Without that basis, this package provides no binding order or quotation calculation.

Can results be negative?

Yes, if the agreed model permits it. Unfavourable or incalculable cases are explained, not hidden for sales reasons or silently set to zero.

Is an AI adviser included?

No. The finder follows established rules. A useful open-ended language task would be considered as a separate, limited AI integration.

When does work begin?

We confirm the start and delivery deadline in writing after reviewing your documents. The agreed scope and complete source data determine the schedule.

Which access is needed?

Approved rules including examples and edge cases Design framework and a decision on local data or an existing service Credentials must not be included in the enquiry. Details are agreed only after written commissioning.

What happens after handover?

One written follow-up round is included. The service scope lists the analyses, designs or technical changes covered by the package. We agree additional work with you before it begins.
