What this covers

How do we keep track after the first analysis?

Since the initial diagnosis, some changes have been implemented while other tasks remain open. The quarterly review compares this state with the documented starting point and updates priorities.

The baseline is that agreed starting point. Without it, meaningful comparison lacks a reference. The package therefore requires an existing initial diagnosis. Each quarter, agreed metrics and implemented changes are considered, and next priorities are recorded in writing.

What has changed since the last review

A review is not a complete new investigation of the entire website. It examines the agreed section, asking which assumptions still hold, which tasks are complete and what available data shows. A changed metric is not automatically attributed to the latest design change.

You receive an updated task list with reasons. If no changes were implemented or data does not permit comparison, we clarify which further review is useful.

Does this sound familiar?

The diagnosis needs a follow-up comparison

Some recommendations are implemented, but comparison with the initial diagnosis is missing. We return to the documented starting point and examine what has changed.

Many small changes make the overview difficult

New copy, a campaign and technical changes occur in the same period. We consider agreed metrics alongside this change history to interpret differences.

The team needs a next priority

The previous task list is complete and several new ideas are available. Using the baseline, the review examines which question takes priority and what data is available.

How we approach it.

  1. Gather the baseline and changes

We use the initial diagnosis, agreed metrics and changes implemented since then. Where changes were not documented, we record how that limits comparison.

  2. Interpret developments

We compare the agreed data with known changes. A notable curve alone does not prove an action caused it.

  3. Record next priorities

The result records next steps and open checks. The quarterly price includes neither implementation nor constant availability; the written follow-up round concerns the review.

After handover

After the review, record which recommendation you act on and when you publish the change. Include postponed tasks too. This history, together with metrics, forms the basis of the next comparison.

For deeper evaluation of one documented change, impact analysis is the related service. Work already included must not be charged twice for the same period and subject. Scope is compared before an additional commission.

Terms used in this service

What does that mean?

Baseline
The documented starting point for later comparisons. It contains the pages or processes examined, metrics and their definitions at that time.
Review
Reconsidering a previously examined project. In the quarterly review, we compare the starting point with agreed metrics and documented changes.
Comparison period
A period whose data is compared with another period. Campaigns, seasonality and changed measurement definitions may affect the comparison.
Before your enquiry

Questions about the offer.

What is included, what do you need and what happens after your enquiry?

The process in detail →
Can I request the review without an initial diagnosis?

This support requires an existing, agreed baseline. If no starting point is documented, we first clarify which initial investigation suits the project. The review does not replace that foundation.

Does an enquiry start a subscription?

No. This service also begins with a non-binding enquiry. Start date, duration and further terms of recurring cooperation are clarified before a binding quotation. The displayed amount applies per quarter.

Are additional implementation and ongoing support included?

One agreed review and its follow-up round are included. Code development, unlimited design work and constant availability are excluded. New tasks are scoped separately.

What should I document between reviews?

A clear overview of relevant changes with their timing and purpose is helpful. Known campaigns or changed measurement definitions can provide context. This concerns the agreed question, not an unlimited collection of all internal activities.

Is a new complete analysis included?

No. The review builds on the existing baseline and considers agreed metrics and changes. If new questions need a fundamentally different investigation scope, this is identified and defined separately. The quarterly package is not a repeated full audit.

When does work begin?

Review dates, start and contractual terms are set only in the written quotation.

Which access is needed?

A suitable initial diagnosis and documented baseline An overview of changes actually implemented Start date, duration and cancellation terms are recorded in the written quotation Credentials must not be included in the enquiry. Details are agreed only after written commissioning.

What happens after handover?

One written follow-up round is included. The service scope lists the analyses, designs or technical changes covered by the package. We agree additional work with you before it begins.
