Enquiry journey check
Do visitors understand your offer? We review one service page and the path to an enquiry, even without analytics data.

'Is this course for beginners?' 'Do you repair bikes bought elsewhere?' We investigate which answers are missing from your service page and whether visitors can find their way to an enquiry.
View the enquiry journey check See a working exampleTechnical terms, course names and internal processes need explanation on the website. We therefore examine one service page and the journey to an enquiry.
See the exampleAn adult is looking for a dog training course without prior experience. The course names do not yet help them decide.
A brake rubs. The customer does not know which part is affected but still needs to describe the issue.
Select your course in the form.
For adult dogs. Never attended a course? We will help establish a suitable starting point.
Describe your situation, then agree a course.
The enquiry journey check identifies difficulties in content or forms. If the task is already defined, a design or imagery review may fit.

Do visitors understand your offer? We review one service page and the path to an enquiry, even without analytics data.

A new design for one existing page, on desktop and mobile, with organised content and development notes.

Does your imagery fit your offer? We review up to ten images and five page sections, then recommend a visual direction.

We follow the service page through to feedback after submission. What remains unclear along the way?
Enquiry journey checkPrior knowledge, location and process influence whether a course fits. A dog training website should display these details beside the offer. A separate FAQ that visitors must search for is of little help at that point.
If your assessment is needed before registration, offer that contact on the page. A preparation questionnaire can follow later; a description of the situation is enough for first contact.
Customers often do not know which repair is needed. 'The brake has been rubbing since yesterday' is still a useful start. The form should allow that description.
Explain beforehand which bicycle types are accepted and whether bikes bought elsewhere are welcome. A requested appointment must be acknowledged as a request until the workshop agrees it.
An invalid email address needs a message beside the affected field. Other entries should remain. W3C form guidance explains how to associate this feedback clearly.
After submission, explain what happened: enquiry received, booking provisionally held or appointment confirmed. Wording follows your actual process.
W3C: understandable form feedbackTypical questions reveal more about the page than a general wish for 'more conversion'.
Note two or three questions you regularly answer before a project. Anonymised examples are enough.
We examine the content sequence and form. You receive suggestions your web provider can address in the existing system.
Your web provider receives specific locations and suggestions for the existing page. Implementation is agreed separately.
After a change, check whether important details are included and requests fit your offer. The number alone is insufficient.

If the course or appointment page responds slowly on mobile, the technology needs examination. Load time analysis investigates the affected pages under documented conditions.
The findings identify affected technical areas and suggested revisions, allowing your developers to plan implementation.
If the service you want to offer is still undecided, settle that before reviewing a page.
Ask us for advice How a project worksWhether visitors understand who a service is for, its requirements and how to continue. These questions can remain unanswered even with a consistent design.
No. Describe your offer and the enquiries you want to receive. We examine the page and contact journey directly.
Have your website address and typical questions ready, without personal customer data. We agree in writing which page is reviewed and when you receive the report.
The check identifies changes to one page and contact journey. Your web provider can implement them in the existing system. A complete rebuild, new copy for every page or a design is not included.
What matters is whether requests fit your business and can be handled. We review missing information and unnecessary form fields. After the change, assess relevance as well as the number of enquiries.
