What makes buying difficult for your customers?

You do not need to know whether the shop platform, missing information or something else is the problem. Just describe what you have noticed. We help you find a place to start.

See the example
  • Visitors arrive, but nobody orders?

Is an important product detail missing, or are visitors looking for something else? Before spending money on changes, it helps to look at possible reasons.

  • Struggling to find your shop on Google?

Consider what someone might search for when they need your products. A product name and a question such as “Which size fits?” often need different answers.

  • Is your shop awkward to use on a phone?

Can people choose the right size? Can they find the shipping costs? We help you spot these issues in your shop.

When a big project is out of reach right now.

When you do much of the work yourself, there is not always time or money for every question. That is why we offer a free starting point: show us your shop and we can discuss the difficulties and possible next steps.

Where customers get stuck

A selected option still shows the wrong picture. A notice covers the add-to-cart button on a phone. Issues like these make a shop difficult to use. We help you spot them and explain what could be changed.

Would you like help making changes?

If you want support afterwards, we work out together what suits your shop and your financial situation. We discuss the scope and total price with you before you commission any work.

You can also make the changes yourself or share the suggestions with whoever looks after your shop.

When a more detailed review would help

Our standard services, such as the purchase journey check, have a defined scope. Each service page lists what is included and the current price. The free introduction starts with a conversation about your situation.

Purchase journey check

How we help you move forward.

From getting in touch to deciding what would help your shop.

  1. Show us your shop

Send us your shop address and describe what is difficult right now. You do not need to know what is wrong.

  2. We look at the problem areas

We look at your shop and work through your questions with you. We agree what to look at more closely after you get in touch.

  3. You get suggestions

We explain where customers might get stuck and what you could try to help them. You should be able to understand why a change would help, even without technical knowledge.

  4. You decide on the next step

You can use the suggestions yourself. If you would like support, we discuss an approach that suits your budget. We agree the scope and total price before you commission any work.

What is included in the free shop review?

An initial look at your shop and a conversation about your questions. We help you spot possible problems and find next steps. Tell us what is on your mind; we discuss the scope with you.

My online shop has visitors but no sales. Can you help?

We look with you at what might make buying difficult, such as unclear product details or an awkward choice on a phone. Where visitors come from may also matter. Working out what lies behind missing orders takes a closer look.

Does this also help new shops with few visitors?

Yes, you can contact us if your shop is just getting started. Tell us what you sell and how people currently discover your shop. We can then think through where to start with you.

Do you review Shopify and WooCommerce shops?

Yes, and you can also contact us if you use another shop platform. You do not need technical knowledge. Your shop address and a description of your question are enough to get in touch.

Do I have to book a call or buy anything afterwards?

No. We reply by email first. A conversation is possible if you would like one. Paid work only starts once we have agreed the scope and total price with you and you have accepted.

What if I cannot afford help right now?

You can still get in touch. The introduction is free. If you later want help making changes, we look for an approach that suits your financial situation.

Do you need login details or figures from my shop?

To get started, we need your shop address and your question. Please do not send passwords, customer details or order lists. If more information would help later, we will discuss it with you.
